At Stry Sports, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t go as expected, our return and refund policy ensures you receive fast and transparent support.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.


2. Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • In perfect condition, without signs of use;

  • In its original packaging, intact and without marks;

  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, or gifts included.

Products damaged due to misuse or outside these conditions will not be accepted for return.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide:

  • An exchange for an identical product, or

  • A full refund, including shipping costs.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number and explain the reason for the return or exchange;

  3. Our team will provide detailed instructions to make the process simple and fast.


5. Refund Timeframe

After receiving and inspecting the product at our returns center:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days;

  • The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment method used.


6. Return Costs

  • Defective or damaged products: free return;

  • Exchanges or returns for other reasons: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Exceptions

Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange (e.g., personalized items or items on sale). In such cases, we will inform you clearly before purchase.
